Exchange & Return Policy

Crazyify has a strict NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN POLICY as all our products are personalised.

Since each item is custom-made with your chosen name and details, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect name or details entered at the time of order

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor colour or design variations

We kindly request customers to carefully review all personalisation details before confirming the order.

Exchanges (Only for Wrong or Damaged Products)

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To request an exchange:

Please provide us with one displaying the damaged part and showing the entire product, to help us ascertain the reason for return. You can send the video to shopcrazyify@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Also mentioned your Order id in the email. Our Quality Assurance team will review the details to determine the eligibility of the return. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

Points to remember:

  • Products without proper proof (photos/videos) may not be eligible for exchange.

  • The exchange request must be made within the specified timeframe.

  • We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
